According to family sources, Rana Afzaal Hussain suffered a heart attack at his residence.
Late Rana Afzal was the elder brother of Federal Minister for Industries and Production Rana Tanveer Hussain. He was the father of late Member of National Assembly Rana Atiq Anwar.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed grief and sorrow over the death of Member of Provincial Assembly Rana Afzal Hussain, brother of Federal Minister for Industries and Production Rana Tanveer Hussain.
Shahbaz Sharif telephoned Rana Tanveer Hussain and expressed his condolences on the death of his elder brother.
The Prime Minister said that the services of senior politician Rana Afzal Hussain, who was also the father of Member of National Assembly Ahmed Atiq Anwar, will be remembered.
He said that Rana Afzal Hussain’s services will be remembered with all his heart.
